“We know our loyal fans have been patiently awaiting news of a North American release for Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny, so we are thrilled to announce that the latest entry in the fan-favorite series is on its way. Better still, this entry is coming to both the Wii and PlayStation 3,”
This is exciting news for many as this is a chance to get their hands on a new Rune Factory that is sure to be tons of fun!

Natsume to Announce a Game Title for PS3 and Wii at E3 and Marvelous to Merge with AQ Interactive.
While naming their lineup of games at E3, Natsume announced that along with Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns for the DS and 3DS that they would also be announcing "a highly-anticipated unannounced title for PS3 and Wii."
With passed news of Rune Factory Oceans being released on the PS3 and Wii in Japan and the relationship between Natsume and Marvelous, it is quite possible that their announcement at E3 will be that they are bringing over Rune Factory Oceans over from Japan!
In other news however, Marvelous Entertainment, AQ Interactive and Liveware will be entering a merger that is effective starting the 1st of October. After the merger the company as a whole will be called Marvelous AQL.
With this merger it will be interesting to see if there will be any new changes for game releases for the company.
Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns coming this summer!!!
Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns has officially been announced by Natsume! While the game does not yet have a specific release date, it is expected to be released for North America sometime this summer.
And not only will it be released for the Nintendo DS, as it was in Japan, but it will be duel-released on the new 3DS as well!! There was speculation last summer about Marvelous developing a new Harvest Moon game for the 3DS, but no duel platform launch had been mentioned. There's reason to believe the 3DS version will have slightly different features, but we'll have to wait and see!
Until it's anticipated release this summer, you can see some character info on the Tale of Two Towns page. We'll also be adding a Tale of Two Towns album to the Jukebox soon. For now though, you can check out the music sampler for the game!
What better way to start off the new year than with some great Harvest Moon news? :)
Harvest Moon: Back to Nature looks to be returning to the Playstation Network, 10 years after it was originally released for Playstation in North America! Fans had been begging Natsume to bring the game to the PSN for its 10 year anniversary (Nov. 22), and those wishes have basically been answered.
No official announcement has been made, but the ESRB rated the game this weekend which is a great first step, all but confirming its eventual release.
Once it is released, Harvest Moon fans with a Playstation 3 or PSP will be able to download the game from Playstation Network, the official store for downloadable content. Again, no release date has been announced yet, but we'll keep you updated!
So we're happy to include a number of sheet music pieces from the game to the website. You can check out the 7 pieces along with the rest of the sheet music collection at this point by clicking the link below!
Hey everyone, BIG NEWS! There's a new rune factory game coming out for Wii and PS3 titled Rune Factory Oceans!!
Like the RF games before it, Rune Factory Oceans is labeled as a fantasy of love and adventure. The game will have you traveling among oceans and islands, battling monsters and building relationships.
For the first time in a RF game, you'll be able to pick from a boy (Azel) and a girl (Sonia) to play as. And as with previous RF games, you'll be able to take part in relationships and eventually get married.
The game also features a huge monster named Ymir which can be ridden, can explore surrounding lands, and can submerge islands to farm on. Players can also look forward to a real-time battle system!
The production team for the game, lead by Yoshifumi Hashimoto, have actually been developing the game for a while now - Rune Factory Oceans is set to release on February 24th in Japan, with a North American release date expected in a year or so. We'll be sure to keep you updated!
